Family-owned J&J joins Keyrenter as founder Joe Kempler guides a smooth handoff for owners and residents
CARMEL, Ind., Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Keyrenter Indianapolis North has acquired J & J Property Services, LLC (“J&J”), a family-owned property management company led by Joe Kempler. The acquisition closed on Oct. 15, 2026, and adds 25 management agreements in Carmel, Westfield and Zionsville to Keyrenter Indianapolis North’s portfolio.
For J&J’s property owners and residents, the transition is built around continuity. Kempler will stay involved for the first eight weeks, working side by side with the Keyrenter Indianapolis North team so every owner and resident has a familiar face as the change takes place.

For more than 20 years, J&J has served property owners throughout Hamilton and Boone counties, building a reputation for exceptional service, clear communication and personalized care.
