SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Kamran & Company announces three additions to its executive leadership team, deepening the experience customers can draw on across sales, project execution and financial leadership. James Dinardi has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer, Matthew Harlan has joined as Chief Sales Officer, and longtime Kamran & Company leader Daniel Rios has been promoted to Vice President of Project Operations.
Together, the appointments strengthen how Kamran understands its customers, designs solutions for how their operations actually work, and delivers projects from first idea to opening day. They also recognize leadership developed from within Kamran & Company.

James Dinardi, Chief Financial Officer
Dinardi joins Kamran & Company with more than 20 years of financial and operational leadership experience in construction and specialty contracting, including CFO roles across specialty infrastructure, commercial building, and heavy civil construction. Throughout his career, he has helped build and scale organizations, including supporting one construction company as it grew from approximately $7 million to more than $100 million in revenue. He also brings direct kitchen construction experience and a strong background in financial strategy, operational planning, construction finance, and organizational growth.
Matthew Harlan, Chief Sales Officer
Harlan brings a unique combination of hands-on hospitality experience and proven sales leadership to Kamran & Company. After training at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, he spent more than a decade in Executive Chef roles before transitioning into business development with TriMark USA in 2018. He went on to hold increasingly senior sales leadership positions, most recently serving as Regional Vice President of Contract and Institutional Sales for the Southeast Region. His experience on the creative, operational, and sales sides of the foodservice industry gives him a firsthand understanding of customer needs, relationship building, and the execution required to support successful projects.
Daniel Rios, Vice President of Project Operations
Rios’ appointment reflects more than a decade of growth within Kamran & Company. He joined the organization in 2012 as a sheet metal apprentice and advanced through roles including journeyman, general superintendent, project manager, project executive, and General Manager of Kamran Metalworks before being named Vice President of Project Operations. His project experience includes major hospitality and entertainment destinations, including several large casinos in Las Vegas and a new professional football stadium. In this new role, Rios will oversee Kamran & Company’s portfolio of contract projects and lead national project management, delivery, and execution.
These leadership appointments follow Welsh’s appointment as CEO in May and continue expanding the experienced team behind every Kamran project.
