CHICAGO, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — JLL Income Property Trust, an institutionally managed, daily NAV REIT (NASDAQ: ZIPTAX; ZIPTMX; ZIPIAX; ZIPIMX; ZIPIBX; ZIPSAX; ZIPZAX; ZIPDBX) with approximately $7.0 billion in portfolio equity and debt investments, announced the acquisition of Worcester Distribution Center, a Class A industrial building in the Western Boston submarket, for a purchase price of approximately $90 million.
Built in 2022, the property totals approximately 396,000 square feet and is 100% leased to a single tenant on a long-term lease. The space features Class A design specifications including 36′ clear heights and buildouts for specialized storage including refrigeration, temperature-controlled space, automation, and a storage vault. Well located in the Boston submarket, it is positioned at the intersection of the state’s primary truck corridors, with convenient access to I-90 and I-495 for efficient distribution across the east coast.
