PITTSBURGH, June 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — “I thought there should be a way to practice piano skills while relaxing on the couch, listening to an audiobook or music, or watching television,” said an inventor, from Herndon, Va., “so I invented the HABITUO PIANO. My design allows you to strengthen your fingers, build dexterity, and improve technique without being seated at a piano.”

The patent-pending invention provides an effective way to fit piano training into daily life. In doing so, it offers realistic resistance while repeating simple exercises such as drills and scales. It also allows users to build piano skills in a comfortable and relaxed way. The invention features a compact and versatile design that can be used on a lap, couch, desk, or armrest of a chair. Additionally, it is ideal for piano students, parents of children learning to play the piano, busy adults who desire to stay musically active, and possibly rehabilitation centers. A prototype model and technical drawings are available upon request.

The original design was submitted to the Richmond sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers. For more information, write Dept. 25-RKH-1018, InventHelp, 100 Beecham Drive, Suite 110, Pittsburgh, PA 15205-9801, or call (412) 288-1300 ext. 1368.
