Former Crown Estate residential specialist joins Europi Property Group’s prime central London housing platform
LONDON, Sept. 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Hyde Park Properties, the prime central London residential platform established by Europi Property Group, has appointed Andria Solomon as Operations Director. She joins from The Crown Estate, where she led operations for Residential Market Leasing and Property Management across a super-prime estate spanning Regent Street, Regents Park, Kensington Palace Gardens and St James’s.
The company acquires unmodernised and irreplaceable single-family freehold houses, which are sensitively refurbished to deliver premium furnished homes for the London rental market. Since being established in May 2024, the company has built a unique portfolio of over 40 houses across the most sought-after neighbourhoods immediately surrounding Hyde Park.
The homes are delivered in partnership with Stackelberg & Co, an international design firm with Swedish roots, pairing Scandinavian minimalism with English country-house sensibility.
