First-time recognition reflects independent survey of approximately 140,000 women across 61 countries
HOUSTON, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Group 1 Automotive, Inc. (NYSE: GPI) today announced it has been named to the World’s Top Companies for Women 2026, presented by Forbes in partnership with Statista, a global market research and industry ranking provider. This marks the Company’s first appearance on the list.
According to Forbes and Statista, the ranking draws on independent, anonymous surveys of approximately 140,000 women in 61 countries, generating more than 800,000 data points. Final rankings reflect several components, including employer brand, public opinion regarding gender equality, and leadership research.
