NEW YORK, Oct. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — FOX News Media has signed former White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt as a contributor, announced CEO Suzanne Scott. She will begin her new role providing commentary and analysis on November 1st.

FOX News Media

In making the announcement, Ms. Scott said, “Karoline’s firsthand experience in the White House and on the presidential campaign trail gives her a distinct understanding of today’s political landscape. We look forward to her providing our audience with authentic and sharp insight across all FOX News Media platforms.”

Leavitt added, “I am grateful for the opportunity to continue appearing on FOX News Channel as an official member of the extraordinary team at FOX News Media. I look forward to bringing my unique perspective from my experience as White House Press Secretary, along with the same energy and candor that defined my tenure, to Fox’s millions of viewers across their many platforms.”

Leavitt most recently served as the 36th White House Press Secretary during President Donald Trump’s second administration from January 2025 until August 2026, becoming the youngest person in American history to hold the position. As the administration’s chief spokesperson, she regularly addressed the White House press corps and represented the administration on a wide range of domestic and foreign policy issues.

Prior to joining the White House, Leavitt served as national press secretary for Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign. She previously ran as the Republican candidate for congress in her home state of New Hampshire’s 1st Congressional District in 2022 and served as communications director for then-House Republican Conference Chair Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY). Earlier in her career, Leavitt worked in Trump’s first administration as a presidential writer and assistant press secretary.

Leavitt graduated from Saint Anselm College in 2019 with a degree in politics and communication. While in college, she interned at FNC during the 2016 presidential election. She resides in New Hampshire with her husband, Nick, and their two young children.

FOX News Media operates the FOX News Channel (FNC), FOX Business Network (FBN), FOX News Digital, FOX News Podcasts, FOX News Audio, FOX News Books, the direct-to-consumer streaming services FOX Nation FOX News International and the free ad-supported television service FOX Weather. Currently the number one network in all of cable, FNC has also been the most watched television news channel for over 24 consecutive years, while FBN is the top business channel on cable.
