BOSTON, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Forward Financing, a Boston-based fintech and leading national provider of working capital to small businesses, today announced it has served its 100,000th business customer, bringing the total capital it has provided small businesses to more than $5.4 billion since 2012.

The company also announced a new multi-year forward flow agreement with a New York-based private credit fund. Under the agreement, the fund has committed to purchase up to $1.8 billion of advances over three years, expanding the capital available to Forward as it serves more small businesses nationwide.

“Announcements like this are proof of something bigger: that small businesses are worth betting on. Crossing 100,000 businesses served since inception demonstrates the size of the need in the market. This new funding arrangement provides us with the additional capital to continue pursuing our mission to unlock the capital that fuels small businesses across America,” said Jason Mullins, President and CEO of Forward Financing.

The agreement is structured to scale alongside Forward’s funding volume and supports the company’s full product set, including revenue-based financing and business loans.

“This agreement, alongside our other recent institutional funding arrangements, is a meaningful step in how we fund the business,” said Christopher Chiou, Chief Financial Officer of Forward Financing. “A diversified capital base makes us more resilient, and it means our customers can count on us being there at the moment they need us. That reliability is why they keep coming back.”

Forward employs team members across the United States, the Dominican Republic, and Canada, and is certified as a Great Place To Work® in both the US and the DR. The company was also recently placed on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.
