Third quarter 2026 results, scheduled for release after market close on August 26, 2026, will be the first to reflect the acquisition of President’s Choice Bank, PC® Financial Insurance Agency Inc., PC® Financial Insurance Broker Inc. and certain affiliated entities of President’s Choice Bank (collectively, “PC Financial”), which closed on July 1, 2026.
EQB is providing this pre-release to illustrate classification and presentation changes resulting from the acquisition of PC Financial. Changes do not impact Consolidated results.
