License Assistant; a service dedicated to making Licensure Simple, Reliable, and Timely for Insurance Advocates!

Seen & Heard LLC, doing business as License Assistant, is launching a new service designed to streamline the licensing process for insurance professionals. This specialized service aims to alleviate the administrative burdens faced by Public Adjusters and Independent Adjusters.

ELEVATING THE PROFESSION:  THE CRUCIAL ROLE OF TRAINING AND LICENSING FOR ADJUSTERS

“We streamline the renewal process by managing continuing education requirements, ensuring bonds are accurate and issued by appointed bond agents, handling paperwork, and ensuring timely submissions allowing insurance professionals to focus on their clients and their businesses”, said Elaine Gulino-Founder & CEO.

A great adjuster, however, doesn’t stop at licensing. Education and training are key components in being a recognized professional in this space. On average, highly experienced catastrophic (CAT) Adjusters will hold between 10-20+ state licenses, which in turn adds value to their position on a roster and potential for deployment. Highly experienced and active public adjusters hold between 10-30 reciprocal nonresident licenses across various states, in addition to their home state license. Education and additional designations beyond the license are widely recognized by not only their client’s, but their peers and association groups that they belong to.

“Continuing education should be a public adjuster’s highest professional priority. Fulfilling our responsibilities as fiduciaries and trusted experts for the insured requires a disciplined commitment to ongoing learning and keeping pace with the evolving demands of complex claims adjustment and recovery”, said Brian C. Evans, SPPA, AIC, CPAU, CEO—Eastern Public, LLC.

“With approximately 365,300 licensed adjusters across the United States as of 2024, I quickly realized the need for a specialized service”, said Elaine. And although this figure reflects the broader occupational category of claims adjusters, appraisers, examiners, and investigators, it provides a recent authoritative snapshot of the field’s employment numbers according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).

There are limitations within the current system where not all states facilitate license renewal through existing insurance platforms, resulting in a challenging and time-consuming process for adjusters. Our services can be utilized by single license owners or larger entities with multiple licenses and multiple licensed employees. For quotes and information visit https://www.licenseassistant.com/. Pricing varies depending on the number of licenses and starts at $200 for an annual subscription for an individual holding 1-5 licenses. “A reasonable fee for peace of mind”, concluded Elaine.

The service is offered nationally, to all incoming and existing qualified adjusters who have successfully passed the necessary exams and background requirements to practice in the field.
