LONDON, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Leading tokenization infrastructure provider, Ctrl Alt, today announced that Amanda Staveley, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PCP Capital Partners, has joined its Board of Directors and will act as a strategic advisor to the company.
Staveley is one of the UK’s most prominent dealmakers and founder of PCP Capital Partners, the private equity and advisory group she established in 2005. PCP has led a number of landmark transactions, including the £3.25 billion recapitalisation of Barclays in 2008, which allowed the bank to raise private capital rather than accept a government bail-out, and the acquisitions of Manchester City F.C. in 2008 and Newcastle United in 2021, where Staveley served as a director until 2024. Investors Chronicle identified her as one of the 150 people most likely to influence the financial world.
Her appointment reflects the direction of Ctrl Alt’s business. The company operates regulated entities across the UK, EU and GCC, holding licences and authorisations from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) and the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC). It has tokenized more than $1.8 billion in alternative assets to date. The UK and the Middle East are the two markets where Ctrl Alt’s operations are centred. They are also the markets in which Staveley built her career, raising capital and closing transactions for major financial institutions and sovereign investors.
