NEW YORK, Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC, a nationally recognized investor-rights law firm, announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed against Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG) and certain of its officers.

Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC

This lawsuit seeks to recover damages against Defendants for alleged violations of the federal securities laws on behalf of all persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired Alphabet securities between May 19, 2026 and July 16, 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”). Such investors are encouraged to join this case by visiting the firm’s site: bgandg.com/cases/alphabet-inc-goog-class_action_lawsuit.

Alphabet Case Details

The complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that:

  1. Gemini 3.5 Pro was delivering disappointing training results;
  2. as a result, the launch of Gemini 3.5 Pro would be significantly delayed; and
  3. as a result of the foregoing, Defendants’ positive statements about Alphabet’s business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.
