Henderson has defended some of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers and suppliers in a variety of high-stakes litigation matters, including wrongful death, product defect, negligence, fraud and breach of warranty. In addition to his automotive experience, he represents manufacturers and corporate clients in product liability, consumer litigation and breach of warranty matters.
