Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Acquires Winter & Co Solicitors LLP

ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill., Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. today announced that its claims and risk management solutions subsidiary, Gallagher Bassett, has acquired London, UK-based Winter & Co Solicitors LLP (Winter & Co). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Winter & Co is a specialist maritime law firm serving P&I clubs, marine insurers, shipowners and charterers and has expertise in shipping-related legal matters. Glenn Winter and his team will remain in their current location under the direction of Manan Sagar, head of Gallagher Bassett’s Europe, Middle East and Asia operations.
