(NYSE: AFB) (each a “Fund”) each announced that its stockholders approved new investment advisory agreements with AllianceBernstein L.P. (“Adviser”) at the joint meeting of stockholders held today.
Each Fund is a registered closed-end management investment company managed by the Adviser.
