Steven’s election marks the culmination of a steady rise through FEA leadership. He has served the organization in several capacities, including Treasurer, Secretary, and most recently Vice President, and has been an active voice in the association’s government affairs efforts in Washington, D.C. As President, Holtkamp will guide the FEA’s ongoing advocacy agenda, including its continued efforts to educate lawmakers on the role 1031 exchanges play in supporting real estate investment nationwide and the greater US economy.
Steven joined Accruit in March 2019 and was named President in July 2025. He continues to pivotal in driving the company’s growth, expand its technology-driven approach to Qualified Intermediary services, and deepen its presence in the exchange marketplace.
