Collaboration connects AI-powered digital behavioral health platform, Syrenity, with licensed therapists to deliver seamless, affordable care

CARMEL, Ind., April 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Syra Health Corp. (OTCQB: SYRA) (“Syra Health” or the “Company”), an integrated healthcare solutions company powering better health outcomes through prevention-focused, accessible, and affordable solutions, announced today a partnership with Nora Mental Health to expand access to mental and behavioral health services across Indiana through telehealth integration with Syra Health’s Syrenity behavioral health solution.

This partnership connects Nora Mental Health’s licensed therapists with individuals using the Syrenity app, creating a seamless pathway from digital mental health support to clinical care. The collaboration is designed to improve access to affordable, sustainable mental health services, particularly in rural and underserved communities where provider shortages and stigma remain significant barriers to care.

Under the partnership, individuals identified through Syrenity’s new AI-driven risk stratification feature as having low- to moderate-acuity mental health needs may be referred to Nora Mental Health for clinical services delivered via telehealth or in person, as clinically appropriate.

The Syrenity solution is dually focused on prevention and intervention and operates on Syra Health’s proprietary Guardrails framework, reflecting the company’s commitment to responsible AI in healthcare. Syra Guardrails keeps AI in bounds through pre-generative content and transparent private server infrastructure. Syrenity includes cognitive behavioral therapy, an AI-powered journal for reflection and engagement, and real-time reporting that reduces costly hours spent by the patient bringing the therapist up to speed.

Syrenity was evaluated as part of a clinical research study conducted by Indiana University, which demonstrated measurable improvement in depression symptoms and other key outcomes for individuals with access to the app compared to those without access.

As part of the collaboration, Nora Mental Health will also participate in ongoing evaluation of the Syrenity platform, providing clinical feedback to help enhance platform functionality, user experience, and clinical integration. Both organizations will maintain full compliance with HIPAA and all applicable federal and state privacy laws.

Nora Mental Health operates in 16 states across the United States and specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and other mental health needs. The initial partnership will focus on Indiana, with the potential for regional or national expansion in the future.

Syrenity is available as a business-to-business solution for health plans, health systems, and large employers. It is also available as a direct-to-consumer product for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
