SÃO PAULO, April 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — SheRocks Foundation, a global nonprofit organization empowering women through culture, music, and innovation, successfully launched the Brazil edition of the SheRocks Music & Arts Festival on International Women’s Day, drawing a full crowd for a daylong celebration of music, creativity, and women’s leadership.
Held at Audio in São Paulo, the free public festival featured standout performances by Duda Beat, Day Limns, Budah, and Tasha & Tracie – artists reflecting the diversity and influence of Brazil’s contemporary music scene.
Ticket reservations opened March 6 and quickly sold out within five minutes, underscoring strong demand and community engagement, marking a major milestone in SheRocks Foundation’s growing international movement to expand access and opportunity for women in the creative economy.
In partnership with WICE (The World Institute for Conservation and Environment), GTS Brasil (UMG), and UMusic Hotels, the festival brought together music, culture, and purpose to spotlight women’s voices and contributions on a global stage.
“SheRocks is about shifting who gets seen, funded, and heard,” said Emily Weeks, founder of SheRocks Foundation.
“When women are centered in culture and innovation, the ripple effects extend far beyond the stage – into families, industries, and communities. Launching in Brazil on International Women’s Day was a powerful reflection of that mission in action.”
