MGM Resorts International Updates Earnings Release Date

LAS VEGAS, Feb. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM) (“MGM Resorts” or the “Company”) announced today that it has adjusted the date for the release of its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025 and conference call to an earlier date. Originally scheduled for Wednesday, February 11, 2026, the results will be released after the market closes on Thursday, February 5, 2026 with the conference call to follow at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, which will include a brief discussion of the results followed by a question-and-answer session. In addition, supplemental slides will be posted prior to the start of the call on MGM’s Investor Relations website at http://investors.mgmresorts.com.
