(“CS Leasing”), a global container lessor, specializing in ISO (International Organization of Standardization) tank containers and dry freight specials, with approximately 55,000 units deployed across four continents. The transaction was completed through ITE’s managed funds (collectively, “ITE” or “ITE Management”).
By adding ISO tank containers and dry freight specials to its existing portfolio of rail, chassis, dry container, and aviation assets, ITE expands its presence across key freight transportation sectors. CS Leasing serves chemical, industrial, and logistics markets where fleet quality, safety, and operational reliability are critical, reinforcing ITE’s focus on operationally intensive transportation infrastructure.
