Details of the case: According to the lawsuit, defendants provided investors with material information concerning Alexandria Real Estate’s expected revenue and funds from operations (“FFO”) growth for the 2025 fiscal year, particularly as it related to the growth of Alexandria Real Estate’s real estate operations.
