Litigation partner Patricia Cymerman will anchor the firm’s new Century City office, while Danielle C. Humphries, Kyle Overs, and Blaine J. Burch expand FBFK Law’s Trusts & Estates practice in San Diego and Orange County.

Patricia Cymerman is based in FBFK Law’s newly opened Century City office, where she joins the firm’s Litigation team. She comes to FBFK from Womble Bond Dickinson and brings deep experience in complex business and private wealth disputes. Her practice focuses on business divorce matters involving partner and shareholder disputes, corporate dissolutions, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. She also represents private equity clients, real estate investors, and public figures in sophisticated commercial and reputational disputes.
Blaine J. Burch joins the Orange County office, strengthening FBFK Law’s Trusts & Estates and tax strategy capabilities. Burch is the former managing partner and founder of BHR Law Group. He advises business owners and high net worth families on estate planning, tax structuring, and business succession, with a practice grounded in both legal strategy and entrepreneurial experience.
Danielle C. Humphries and Kyle Overs are based in FBFK Law’s newly opened San Diego office, where they expand the firm’s Trusts & Estates platform in Southern California.
Humphries joins FBFK Law from Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP, where she served as chair of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group. Her practice centers on estate planning, trust administration, probate, and probate litigation. She regularly advises fiduciaries and beneficiaries in complex, high value matters, bringing deep experience in both planning and administration to FBFK’s private wealth platform.
Kyle Overs joins FBFK Law from Johnston, Kinney & Zulaica LLP and has extensive experience in trust and estate litigation, trust administration, and probate matters throughout California. He represents trustees, administrators, and beneficiaries in both contested and uncontested proceedings, from inception through trial. In addition, he maintains a broader litigation practice, representing clients ranging from individuals and closely held companies to Fortune 500 corporations.
