A new leadership system created by Angela Hodgson is helping UK SMEs reclaim valuable time each week to focus on growth. Early adopters across multiple industries report gaining back six to fourteen hours per week.
Leadership expert Angela Hodgson, has designed The Team Success System to give business owners a simple structure to free up time to grow their business.
The System is delivered via a programme blending online learning and face to face masterclasses delivered in partnership with Make UK, Salford University and Manchester Metropolitan University.

The System focuses on five areas, known as ‘POWER Pillars’. Purpose helps teams understand what they are working toward. Organisation brings in routines and structure. Work habits strengthen momentum. Engagement builds trust within teams. Results helps owners track what is working and what needs attention.
The system is designed for what actually works in fast-paced, resource-stretched businesses across multiple industries. Angela has supported more than 100 SMEs across the UK. Her goal is simple: give business owners clarity and renewed passion to grow their business.
“The system is built for real life,” Angela says. “I burned out in my corporate role at Bentley Motors and knew something had to change. Most business owners are pulled in every direction, so I wanted to give them practical tools that build calmer, stronger teams. Working with universities means more business owners can access support that usually sits in big cities.”
The programme has already been rolled out to 30 business owners through partnerships with Make UK, Salford University and Manchester Metropolitan University.
