Company continues nationwide expansion to deliver innovative, secure opening solutions
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., Jan. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The Cook & Boardman Group LLC (“Cook & Boardman” or “C&B”), the nation’s leading provider of fully integrated access and security solutions, has announced its subsidiary’s acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Spaceworks Architectural Interiors, LLC d/b/a Arch Street Glass (“Arch Street Glass”). Arch Street Glass is headquartered in Boston, MA. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2013, Arch Street Glass provides a complete interior glass package, ranging from partition systems to specialty glass. Arch Street Glass proudly serves customers within Boston as well as the greater New England area.

The business will continue to operate under the Arch Street Glass name and customer contacts will remain unchanged as a result of the acquisition.
Platinum Equity acquired a majority interest in Cook & Boardman in 2023. Littlejohn & Co., LLC remains a significant minority shareholder. Arch Street Glass represents C&B’s sixteenth acquisition under Platinum Equity’s ownership.
