This strategic collaboration is designed to provide diversified access to private market funds. Access is achieved via the Treble Peak platform using a simple digital process that takes minutes.
The partnership brings NewVest’s innovative suite of passive index products to Treble Peak, offering investors passive exposure to private markets in a similar manner to how ETFs and index funds provide passive exposure to public markets.
NewVest’s pioneering approach is transforming the way investors can access private markets. Their strategy is designed to track the pooled return for individual private markets asset classes and vintage periods by targeting commitments to 50 of the largest private equity (or private debt) funds raising capital in a given vintage. This approach seeks to provide investors with the opportunity to effectively “buy-the-market” for the private equity asset class on a vintage-period-by-vintage-period basis.
We believe that NewVest’s passive index products can help investors build a diversified portfolio across strategies, sectors, and managers each vintage year, without the complexities typically associated with investing in this asset class and at a 0% management fee (at the NewVest product level).
Through Treble Peak, investors can access NewVest’s suite of passive index products with a minimum investment of $50,000.
